1) Why do you think Diego feels like he's betrayed his mom after the court session?
2) What do you think Diego's dream symbolizes? Why do you think Vidas had fed the sharks letting the scraps fall in to Diego's cage?
To me I think that the dream represents Vidas trying to become the father figure that Diego needs, but Diego has been treated so badly by Mac and his father he thinks that somehow Vidas will sooner or later turn on him.
Julian question 1 I think Diego feels like he betrayed his mom, because his mom trusted him not to get to any trouble anymore. And to better learn how to control his anger. But him getting into trouble only made Diego feel bad.
